Appointment & Cancellations
Book in advance to secure your preferred time.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice.
No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Pet Behavior & Safety
Safety is our top priority—for your pet and our team.
Please inform us in advance if your pet has behavioral issues, anxiety, or aggression.
We may recommend alternative methods or extra support for highly anxious pets.
3. Payments & Fees
Full payment is required at the time of service.
We accept all major cards and contactless payments.
Home visits may include a travel fee depending on distance.
4. Medical Records & Confidentiality
Your pet’s medical data is kept confidential.
You may request a copy of your pet’s records at any time.
Records are only shared with third parties with your permission.
5. Operating Hours
